Foxes at Milo, Leeds tonight at 8pm! Just Handshakes, Mi Mye

Hello everyone!

So, it’s a bumper Foxes and Convicts tonight to shake off those January blues, and it’s looking like it’ll be reet busy, so get yourself down for 8pm to grab a seat and a cold one :)

Coming up tonight we’ve got:
Samuel Foxton Wells
– a charming, old-fashioned and eccentric trip through the English countryside (Leeds Music Scene)

The Tesses
– First gig in 6 months for this wonderful reclusive band

Mi Mye
– Mi Mye are certainly a band to watch out for (ForFolksSake.com)

Just Handshakes (We’re Brittish)
– a slice of contemporary twee and enough keyboards from the [80's] era to fill a bucket with tunes.’
(Whiskas/Forward Russia & Leeds Guide)

Samuel Foxton Wells in Yorkshire Evening Post

Happy new year! Do we still say that even though it’s the 9th?

Well, just in case – Happy New Year! And thanks for a brilliant 2009, making Foxes and Convicts such a success.

Looking forward to Jan 20th, and there’s a great review of the Samuel Foxton Welles album in the Yorkshire Evening Post from a few days ago. There’s nothing like sharing a page with Sir Paul!

See you on the 20th, and we hope to have a new podcast up soon :)
